If you’re new to MuttSchool, we highly recommend starting with an evaluation. You and your dog will have the opportunity to meet with one of our professional trainers who will address any concerns you have about your dog’s current training level and behavior. You’ll receive personalized attention and expert guidance as our trainer assesses your dog’s behavior, temperament, and training needs.
We will walk your dog through a 15-part “hands-on”, data-driven assessment which gives us a baseline for your dog’s training journey. This 90-minute evaluation allows us to gain insights into your dog’s behavior, their handling tolerances, their capacity for learning, marker training techniques, and the setting of training goals. We’ll also help you choose services that best fit your schedule, budget, and your dog’s unique personality and needs. We will send you home with a couple basic skills to get you started training with your dog right away.
This evaluation empowers you with knowledge and equips you with the necessary tools for a good start on your dog’s training journey.
