Puppyhood is the most crucial developmental stage in a dog’s life.
During the first few months puppies learn to accept and enjoy the company of other dogs and people. They need to be exposed to all kinds of stimuli inside and outside of your home. They have a willingness to please and are easily taught basic behaviors. - Puppy Preschool
Start your puppy off on the right paw with our Puppy Preschool! Our program provides valuable insights on socialization, effective house training, biting and mouthing, handling and cooperative care, confidence building, preventing behavior problems, plus foundational obedience skills. Tailored for puppies aged 8-15 weeks when they start class, our six-week puppy preschool class is the perfect way to kickstart a positive and enriching learning experience for your new companion. - Juvenile Jumpstart
Puppies, over the age of 15 weeks but under 6 months when they start class, and those who completed Puppy Preschool, can jump into our 6 week Juvenile Jumpstart class. In this class, your puppy will hone essential obedience skills that are comparable to our “first-grade” classes while addressing issues like inappropriate play, fear of common objects and people, excitability and jumping up, destructive chewing, more confidence building and crate training. But, Juvenile Jumpstart comes with an exciting twist—your puppy gets dedicated playtime with peers not found in our conventional first-grade sessions. Once your pup masters the skills from Juvenile Jumpstart, they’re ready to graduate straight into second grade!

Puppy Preschool
SUNDAY AT 5:00 PM
Puppy Preschool is a 6-week class for puppies under 15 weeks of age. In this series of classes you will work on building a lasting bond and how to communicate with your puppy. This course also addresses socialization, preventing common problem behaviors, building a strong training foundation for your puppy’s future, as well as developing essential obedience skills that will last a lifetime.
Prerequisite: Any puppy between 8 and 14 weeks can join. To ensure your puppy’s immunity, we ask that you wait ten days after your puppy has its first set of vaccinations (usually around 8 or 9 weeks old) to start.

This class will equip you with the tools and techniques you need to jumpstart your puppy into a happy, well-behaved adult dog. Our Juvenile Jumpstart class is 6-weeks and is designed for puppies 15 weeks to 6 months of age. These classes teach foundational obedience skills such as sit, down, wait, walking on a loose leash, come when called and trade. Your puppy can earn its AKC Star Puppy certificate in this class. Once your puppy masters the skills in Juvenile Jumpstart, they are ready to graduate into second grade!
